Leisuretex contracted Height Dynamics to develop and install safe, permanent access to the building facade.
The new Sayfa Industrial Rope Access anchor system allows abseiling technicians to perform maintenance. Visual impact is minimal and there was little disruption to occupants during installation. Cost efficiencies are better because there’s now no need for temporary maintenance scaffolding.
Central Plaza One,
Jones Lang LeSalle contracted Height Dynamics to audit and upgrade all mechanical services access for the 44-level Central Plaza One tower in Brisbane’s financial district.
The refurb applied the highest level of safety control — there are now ladders, platforms, clearly delineated no-step areas and textured-surface walkway systems and hand rails on all plant levels to eliminate the risk of slips, trips and falls.
