Team

A Height Safety Supervisor is someone that can “demonstrate competence in the ability to work unsupervised, to supervise on the job entry level and other operators performing harness based work at heights and to participate in first response rescue”. The supervisor must have a fuller understanding of the risks involved in undertaking working at heights activities, as he is responsible for the safety of his workers.

This three-day course provides the candidate with the necessary skills to be competent to a supervisor level.

Education

One of the key issues for management and safety advisors is how to keep their teams up-to-date with their knowledge and skills. Time and money is invested in the initial training of a team but over a period of time, their knowledge and skills gradually deteriorate.

Height Dynamics offer competency maintenance or refresher programs to enable your team to remain up-to-date with their skills. During this competency maintenance period, any changes to the current legislation will be addressed and any new techniques or equipment can be introduced.

Our Work Safely at Heights Refresher training is intended for individuals who have had previous training and ensures that the individual can demonstrate “current competency” to maintain their qualification.
